Our Executive Chef, Igor Pescarolo, originally from Italy, lives in South East Asia for many years. His creative cuisine is inspired by his childhood in Italy and his extensive experience in different countries from Europe to South East Asia.
Our Chef selects the best local and imported products to offer to our most foodies guests a refined sense of taste. The Chef is sourcing from the island the world famous pepper, the fish sauce called nuoc mâm which is recognized as the finest in the world, the seafood, the honey from the bee farm, grown fresh products.
Based on individual request, our Chef Igor and his team will tailor your menu such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or any special dietary meal. If you have any food allergies or intolerance, please talk with our staff upon arrival.
